The Central Advising Service and Transfer Center is currently writing a freshmen assessment plan to determine how best to assess our services to first year students in Undergraduate Studies. Here is a great video which represents how I feel about the process.

I agree this is how many things are accomplished. Sometimes it is easy to get stuck in the planning phase and forget the implementation!
